Working on the Inland Waterways, Canal Ministries regards Child Protection and good working practice as a priority. In the interests of the safety and well being of all children and young people, it has developed and operates a formal child protection policy, which is registered with the Churches’ Child Protection Advisory Service. Our CCPAS membership number is 3890.

As part of Canal Ministries commitment to children and young people it has appointed Michael Greenslade as Child Protection Co-ordinator and Jean Greenslade as Deputy Child Protection Co-ordinator. Should Canal Ministries have any child protection concerns it will seek the advice of the Churches’ Child Protection Advisory Service and if, appropriate, contact the statutory authorities.
