Sandra and I had quite a busy day on the last Friday of March. We led a service, with an Easter theme, at the Mental Health Hospital, which went amazingly well, with residents joining in with the singing and getting involved in the story. We were thrilled to have a few words with E of blessing and encouragement and to see J looking so well.
After lunch, it was off to the residential home to deliver three Bibles which had been requested. J told Sandra he hadn’t had a Bible for years; his beaming face showed how much it meant to him!
So we have now given out six Bibles to date, which have been very much appreciated, see accompanying photo of M with Elaine having received his Bible. We had chance to pray with B about a problem he was having, and left an Easter egg for every resident! We feel so blessed to see what God is doing.
