I was born into a God-fearing, Chapel attending family in Chippenham. I am married to Carol and we have four children and 12 grandchildren. It is such a blessing to see our children following the Lord and they in turn to see their Godly influence working in their children.

We have served the Lord for over 40 years in the Gideon ministry, which has led to many opportunities in schools to take assemblies and present God's Word also involvement in prisons. Even during lock-down, I have still been able to have phone links for Bible studies with the inmates and to see God changing lives.

I am a third generation Dry-Cleaner, now living and working in Frome in partnership with my son Russell. In 1976 we started a Sunday School to reach the local children, which resulted in us converting a large galvanised tin garage into a Sunday School hall. Over the years the work has been blessed by God, resulting in planting a Church and in 2010 stepping out in a great leap of faith and building a Church. In 2012 Peter Atwill took our dedication service.

I have known Peter since he and Lin "floated his mission" on Gospel Belle and have supported him as a family and church in prayer and in practical ways with food boxes and testaments.

My support for this ministry is to see God's Kingdom extended, His Church build and His Name glorified through reaching the lost and lonely on the waterways.
